This is a free event and open air at Emo Court by the carpark and just to note if there is a bad weather we move indoors to Emo GAA hall. Huge thanks to Laois County Council Arts office and The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media for making this event possible.

We're getting you into a spooooky mood for Halloween night.

A disparate group of individuals takes refuge in an abandoned house when corpses begin to leave the graveyard in search of fresh human bodies to devour. The pragmatic Ben (Duane Jones) does his best to control the situation, but when the reanimated bodies surround the house, the other survivors begin to panic. As any semblance of order within the group begins to dissipate, the zombies start to find ways inside -- and one by one, the living humans become the prey of the deceased ones.

This Special Screening will have a live musical accompaniment of a new score by Stephen Shannon, Matthew Nolan and Jack Phelan.

Grab your gang and join us in Emo Court by the carpark, bring halloween picnics, hot drinks or whatever you want to treat yourself and all you need for an experience that will haunt you. Doors will be at 6.30pm and the show kicks off at 7pm.

As this is an outdoor event, please remember to bring anything you need to make sure you stay comfy and cosy throughout the evening. As above if the weather is not good we will move indoors to Emo GAA hall. THE SHOW MUST GO ON!!

Finally, we'd be very appreciative if you left no trace, we will have bins on site to pop any rubbish into during and after the event.
